摘要
2020年是我国进入全面建成小康社会决胜时期的关键一年,党的十八大为构建我国全面建成小康社会的战略全局,首次在十八大报告中提出了“基本公共服务均等化”的要求。我们的社区,作为城镇治理的基本单元,是新型城镇化的重要载体。所以,社区网格化管理作为新型社区现代化管理模式,全面普及整个城市社区的管理中的行动刻不容缓。以四川省达州市为例,通过考察达州市的社区网格化管理的发展现状,找出现阶段社区网格化管理存在的问题,构想出通川区网格化管理模式的对策建议。
The year 2020 is a crucial year for China to enter the decisive stage of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects. In order to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects in China, the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the requirement of equalization of basic public services in its report for the first time. The community, as the basic unit of urban governance, is an important carrier of new-type urbanization. Therefore, the community grid management as a new model of community management is urgent for the entire urban community management. This paper takes Dazhou as an example to find out the existing problems of community grid management at the present stage and to propose countermeasures and suggestions for the grid management mode in Tongchuan District by investigating the development status of community grid management in Dazhou.
