Objective To study the impact of family participatory nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 98 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020,which were divided into the control group and the observation group according to a random number table, with 49 cases in each. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received family participatory nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The medication compliance, the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS),the Inpatient Psychiatric Patient Rehabilitation Evaluation Scale(IPROS),Anxiety Rating Scale(SAS),Depression Rating Scale(SDS),and Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale(SQLS)scores were compared between the two groups. Results The rate of good compliance with medication in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of BPRS,IPROS,SAS,SDS and SQLS in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Family participatory nursing intervention can improve patient compliance with medication, improve rehabilitation efficacy, and further improve negative emotions and quality of life.
