摘要
目的 研究认知行为干预联合心理疏导对精神分裂症患者服药依从性及暴力行为的影响。方法 选取江门市新会区第三人民医院于2019年1月至2020年6月治疗的62例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,其中31例患者应用心理疏导干预为对照组,另外31例患者应用认知行为干预联合心理疏导干预为观察组,比较分析两组患者的服药依从性、暴力行为及认知功能。结果 观察组服药依从性比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组患者后MOAS评分、BPRS评分及WCST评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组MOAS评分、BPRS评分均低于对照组,WCST评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对精神分裂症患者实施认知行为干预联合心理疏导有助于提升服药依从性,减少暴力行为,改善精神状态及认知功能,值得临床应用。
Objective To study effect of cognitive behavioral intervention combined with psychological counseling on medication compliance and violence for schizophrenia patients.Methods The paper chose 62 cases schizophrenic patients in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020,and divided them into two groups randomly,of which 31 cases were treated with psychological counseling intervention as control group,the other 31 cases with cognitive behavioral intervention combined with psychological counseling intervention as observation group.Medication compliance,violent behavior and cognitive function was compared and analyzed between two groups.Results Medication compliance of observation group was higher than control group (P<0.05);there was no significant difference in MOAS scores,BPRS scores and WCST scores between two groups before and after intervention (P>0.05).After intervention,MOAS scores and BPRS scores of observation group were lower than control group,WCST scores were higher than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral intervention combined with psychological counseling can improve medication compliance,reduce violence,improve mental state and cognitive function for schizophrenic patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
