贮箱多余物微激振清理机理与仿真分析

摘要 贮箱内壁多余物的控制与清理一直是运载火箭制造过程中的技术难点、风险点和薄弱环节。通过对贮箱内壁复杂结构多余物清理的难题进行梳理,结合多余物的种类、尺寸、吸附脱附机理,提出了一种基于贮箱翻转台的新型超声微激振多余物清理方案,从仿真分析的角度揭示其清理机理,并结合微激振器结构参数对清理效果的影响进行分析,获得最佳设计参数,并完成微激振器阵列的布置方案。 The control and cleaning of the remainder particles in the inner wall of the tank is a technical difficulty and is also a risk and weakness in the manufacturing process of the carrier rocket. By sorting out the difficult problem of cleaning the remainder particles of the complex structure in the inner wall of the tank, combining with the type, size and adsorption desorption mechanism of the remainder particles, a new ultrasonic micro vibration cleaning scheme for the remainder particles based on the tank turning table was proposed. Simulation analysis was used to reveal its cleaning mechanism, and the influence of the structure parameters of the micro-vibration on the cleaning effect was analyzed. In the end, the best design parameters were obtained and the layout of the micro-vibrator array was completed.
