摘要 随着经济和人口的增长,人们对住房的需求进一步增大,高层楼房越来越多,PLC控制的电梯也成为了日常生活中不可或缺的工具。在充分考虑到乘客乘坐电梯时的随机性、突发性和不确定性的前提下,本文电梯控制采用西门子S7-200可编程逻辑控制器(PLC),设计了一套完整的三层电梯控制方案并通过模型实现了其基本功能,在保证电梯稳定运行的基础上,实现电梯的全数字化控制。相比于传统的继电器控制系统,PLC控制系统不仅克服了其缺点,使用起来也更安全可靠,还可以完成更为复杂的控制任务。 With the growth of economy and population,people’s demand for housing further increases,and there are more and more high-rise buildings.PLC controlled elevator has also become an indispensable tool in daily life.On the premise of fully considering the randomness,abruptness and uncertainty of passengers when taking the elevator,this paper uses Siemens S7-200 programmable logic controller (PLC) to design a complete three-story elevator control scheme,and realizes its basic functions through the model,so as to realize the full digital control of the elevator on the basis of ensuring the stable operation of the elevator.Compared with the traditional relay control system,PLC control system not only overcomes its shortcomings,but also is more safe and reliable to use,and can also complete more complex control tasks.
