摘要
糖尿病足病发病机制复杂,临床表现多样,西医主要以降糖、改善循环、控制感染、介入及手术治疗为主,临床疗效欠佳。中医药治疗糖尿病足优势明显,包括辨证治疗、分期治疗、验方加减治疗、中成药、外用足浴、熏洗溻渍、推拿按摩、针灸、膏散敷贴及中西医综合治疗等,疗效显著,结合中药药理学的深入,更为中医药治疗奠定了理论依据,得到临床医师的广泛应用。现对中医药治疗糖尿病足进行论述。
The pathogenesis of diabetic foot disease is complex and its clinical manifestations are diverse.Western medi-cine mainly focuses on hypoglycemic,improving circulation,controlling infection,interventional and surgical treatment,and the clinical effect is not good.Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in the treatment of diabetic foot,including syndrome differenti-ation,staging treatment,prescription plus or minus treatment,Chinese patent medicine,external foot bath,fumigation and wash-ing,massage,acupuncture and moxibustion,ointment powder application and comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine.This paper discusses the treatment of diabetic foot with traditional Chinese medicine.
