摘要
为明晰中国人造板产业在RCEP成员国中竞争性与互补性情况,基于联合国商品贸易数据库中2010—2019年的人造板产业贸易数据,运用区域显示性比较优势指数和区域贸易互补性指数探讨中国人造板产业与RCEP成员国家的竞争和互补关系。结果表明:在RCEP成员国中,中国人造板产业存在明显的比较优势;其中,胶合板具有显著比较优势,纤维板和刨花板在RCEP各国的比较优势较弱;中国与RCEP成员国人造板贸易互补性不强。最后提出政策建议,以期更好地推动中国与RCEP伙伴国人造板贸易发展。
In order to clarify the competitive and complementary situation of China's wood-based panel industry in RCEP member countries,in this paper,the competitive and complementary relationships between China's wood-based panel industry and RCEP member countries using the regional display comparative advantage index and regional trade complementarity index based on the trade data of the wood-based panel industry in the United Nations Commodity Trade Database from 2010—2019 were explored.The results showed that:in RCEP member countries,China's wood-based panel industry had obvious comparative advantages.Among them,plywood had significant comparative advantages,and fiberboard and particleboard had weaker comparative advantages in RCEP countries.China's wood-based panel trade complementarity with RCEP member countries was not strong.The policy recommendations were also put forward to better promote the development of wood-based panel trade between China and RCEP partner countries.
