摘要
竹片凉席传统生产工艺存在机械化程度低、劳动强度大、污染环境严重等问题。针对这一生产现状,对竹片炭化工艺与装备进行了设计开发,并应用于实际生产。竹片炭化工艺替代了传统的蒸煮工艺,实现了生产过程废水零排放和绿色生产的目的。
The traditional production technology of bamboo mat has some problems such as low mechanization degree,high labor intensity and serious environmental pollution.Aiming at this production situation,the bamboo strip carbonization technology and equipment were designed and developed,and applied to actual production.Bamboo strip carbonization process replaces the traditional cooking process and realizes the purpose of zero waste water discharge and green production.
