摘要
新疆高校在推进课程思政建设进程中,各学校结合自身定位采取自上而下的方式。《管理学原理》作为经管类专业的专业基础课,开展思政元素融入具有迫切性和必要性。在改革探索中,可以从转换教育理念、配套制度推进及课程本身全要素融入三个方面着手。文章从《管理学原理》课程思政融入的意义、要解决的问题及改革方案进行分析,力求使教师观念跟得上,制度建设有所为,课程全要素渗入,使课程思政落到实处,推进文化润疆。
In the process of advancing curriculum ideological and political construction, higher colleges in Xinjiang generally adopt a top-down approach based on their own positioning. "Management Principles" is considered to be an important basic course for economics and management majors, and it is urgent and necessary to integrate ideological and political elements into the curriculum. In the reform and exploration, it is practical to start from the three aspects of transforming educational concepts, advancing supporting systems, and integrating all elements of the curriculum itself. This paper analyzed the significance of integrating the ideological and political education into the "Management Principles" course, the problems to be solved and the reform plan, aiming to realize the timely update of the teachers’ concept, the achievement of the system construction, and the infiltration of all elements of the curriculum, so that to implement the curriculum ideological and political education, as well as promote the strategy of nurturing Xinjiang with culture.
