摘要
选用载重量为6 t、车架形式为边梁式车架的载货汽车作为研究对象,通过建模软件建立车架实体模型,利用有限元软件对车架进行强度分析。分析表明该车架结构强度远大于承载强度,有较大的轻量化空间。对车架进行结构优化设计,重新建立三维模型并进行有限元分析,优化后的车架在保证强度要求的前提下重量减轻了8.4%,满载弯曲工况下的最大应力由207.3 MPa减小为177.86 MPa,实现了轻量化目标。
A truck with a load capacity of 6 t and a side beam frame is selected as the research object.The solid model of the frame is established by modeling software,and the strength of the frame is analyzed by finite element software.The analysis shows that the structural strength of the frame is far greater than the load-bearing strength,and there is a large space for lightening.The structure optimization design of the frame was carried out,the three-dimensional model was re-established and the finite element analysis was carried out.The weight of the optimized frame was reduced by 8.4%under the premise of ensuring the strength requirements,and the maximum stress under the full-load bending condition was reduced from 207.3 MPa to 177.86 MPa,achieving the goal of lightweight.
