摘要
基于商用车传动轴轻量化和长寿命的发展要求,对传动轴总成的关键部件——端面齿法兰叉和焊接叉进行结构轻量化和疲劳寿命优化,借助有限元分析软件ABAQUS计算现有传动轴零件扭转强度应力分布云图,据此对零件做轻量化改进,再次校核零件应力分布情况,最后进行台架试验验证结构轻量化的合理性,为传动轴其他部件的轻量化提供了一种快捷且有效的解决方案。
Based on the development requirements of lightweight and long life of commercial vehicle transmission shaft,the structural lightweight and fatigue life optimization of the key components of the transmission shaft assembly are carried out on the flange yoke and welding yoke.With the technology of finite element analysis software ABAQUS,the stress distribution cloud diagram of the torsional strength of the existing transmission shaft parts is calculated.Based on this,the lightweight improvement of the parts is made and the stress distribution of the parts is checked again.Finally,the rationality of lightweight structure is verified by bench test.It provides a quick and effective solution for the lightweight of other parts of the transmission shaft.
