摘要
分接开关在工作过程中承受显著的机、电、热应力,具有较高的故障率。本文针对触头烧蚀、磨损等缺陷,搭建M型有载分接开关实验平台,分析切换开关的固有振动特性;然后,构建开关切换过程中暂态振动小波时频信号的灰度共生矩阵,提取能量标准差作为切换过程的振动特征值;最后,模拟静触头磨损和烧蚀缺陷,提取对应能量标准差的变化规律。研究结果表明:触头磨损引起触头质量减小,2000 Hz以上高频能量标准差增大;触头烧蚀引起接触刚度降低,2000 Hz以上高频能量标准差降低。研究结果可指导有载分接开关触头状态的检测。
On-load tap changers(OLTC)suffer significant mechanical,electrical,and thermal stresses and contribute to a large number of transformer failures.To perform the diagnosis on the contacts,a M-type OLTC to simulate faults is established firstly.The vibration responses of the OLTC are analyzed through the impact test.Then,the gray co-occurrence matrix(GLCM)of the time-frequency wavelet spectrum is deployed in analyzing the transient vibration signals,and the energy deviation of the GLCM is used as vibration features.Lastly,the abrasion and erosion of static contacts are simulated and energy deviations of the GLCM under different defects are obtained.The results show that the energy deviations of the frequencies higher than 2000 Hz increase when contacts are abraded due to the loss of contacts’mass,and decrease when contacts are abraded because of the decreasing contacts’stiffness.The conclusions can provide guidance to the condition monitoring of contacts in OLTC.
