摘要
利用复配硅酸盐与水解的十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷对水泥砂浆表面进行防水处理以提高混凝土的抗渗性能。通过SEM观察微观形貌,以接触角、透气性与毛细吸水系数试验,研究了不同表面处理剂对砂浆抗渗性能的提升作用。结果表明:复配硅酸盐-硅烷复合处理可以抑制单独使用复配硅酸盐的固化开裂问题以及弥补单独使用水解硅烷难以浸渍裂缝的缺陷,提高了表面致密性且形成大量分布均匀的絮状结构,水接触角104°,与未经表面处理的砂浆件相比,7 h气体溢出率降低63.5%,24 h毛细吸水系数降低78.2%,表现出优异的抗渗性。
In order to improve the impermeability of concrete,the compound silicate and hydrolyzed dodecyltrimethoxysilane were utilized to provide a waterproof treatment on the cement mortar surface.The surface micro morphology was characterized by SEM,and the contact angle,air permeability and capillary water absorption coefficient tests were conducted to check the impermeability improvement after the treatments with different surface treatment agents.The results showed that treatment with the combination of compound silicate and hydrolyzed silane could suppress the cracking during curing in the case of using compound silicate alone and make up for the defect that the cracks were difficult to be impregnated when using hydrolyzed silane alone.After the treatment with combined agent,the surface compactness was enhanced and a large number of evenly distributed flocculent structures formed on the mortar surface,resulting in a raise of contact angle to 104°.In comparison with untreated mortar,the treated mortar's gas permeability at 7 h and capillary water absorption coefficient at 24 h were reduced by 63.5% and 78.2% respectively,exhibiting exceptional impermeability performance.
