摘要 针对大流量液压区域内重要设备的巡查、监控问题,设计了一种实用的、可代替人工巡检的防水抗冲击巡检机器人,具备自动导航、数据采集、无线通讯、故障处理及报警功能。论述了巡检机器人的组成及功能特点,利用该巡检机器人可实现对大流量液压区域内重要设备的无人巡检,解决了高危工况下人工巡检危险度高的难题,同时解放了劳动力。 Aiming at the inspection and monitoring of important equipment in large flow hydraulic area, a practical waterproof and impact resistant inspection robot is designed, which can replace manual inspection. It has the functions of automatic navigation, data acquisition, wireless communication, fault handling and alarm. The composition and functional characteristics of the inspection robot are discussed. The inspection robot can realize unmanned inspection of important equipment in large flow hydraulic area, solve the problem of high risk of manual inspection under high-risk working conditions, and liberate the labor force.
