摘要
针对变电站检修中危险系数高、劳动强度大等特点,设计了针对适用于变电站现场环境的智能巡检机器人,并对其控制系统的轮毂角度转向策略、电机启停策略、通信系统故障判断策略进行研究。研究结果表明,机器人具有良好的运动性能,在变电站检修中具有一定应用价值。
Aiming at the characteristics of high risk factor and high labor intensity in substation maintenance, an intelligent inspection robot suitable for substation field environment is designed, and the hub angle steering strategy,motor start and stop strategy and communication system fault judgment strategy of its control system are studied. The results show that the robot has good motion performance and has certain application value in substation maintenance.
