异构化制备环丙甲醛的高效绿色工艺

摘要 以2,5-二氢呋喃为原料,N,N-二乙基羟胺为阻聚剂,在羰基氯氢三(三苯基膦)钌催化下进行加压反应制备中间体2,3-二氢呋喃;然后采用以纳米催化剂ZrO_(2)/TiO_(2)/γ-酸性氧化铝的固定床催化工艺,高效异构化制备环丙甲醛,两步反应总收率达75.0%以上。研究了环丙甲醛的工业化生产工艺,考察了多种稀有金属催化剂、反应温度、压力和阻聚剂的类型及用量等因素对合成2,3-二氢呋喃的影响,并对固定床催化工艺的反应温度和催化剂进行了筛选。 The intermediate 2,3-dihydrofuran was prepared in high yield with good selectivity using2,5-dihydrofuran as raw material,N,N-diethylhydroxylamine as a polymerization inhibitor,under pressure reaction catalyzed by carbonyl tris(triphenylphosphine)ruthenium.Then,2,3-dihydrofuran was efficiently isomerized to cyclopropanaldehyde in a fixed-bed process catalyzed by the nano-catalyst ZrO_(2)/TiO_(2)/γ-acidic alumina.The total yield of the two-step reaction is over 75.0%.The industrial production methods of cyclopropanaldehyde were studied.The effects of various rare metal catalysts,reaction temperature,pressure,and the type and amount of polymerization inhibitors on the synthesis of 2,3-dihydrofuran were investigated,Similarly,the effects of reaction temperature of the fixed-bed catalytic process and composite of catalysts on the synthesis of cyclopropanaldehyde have also been investigated.With the advantages of green and high efficiency,this process has broad market prospects.
