摘要
对GPB工艺聚合级1,3-丁二烯中易产生且易导致设备、管线、阀门阻塞的聚合物进行了分析探讨,并结合某公司丁二烯抽提装置的实际生产情况,对阻聚剂的使用进行了介绍,为丁二烯抽提装置的改进改造以及保证装置安全、稳定、高效运行提供参考。
This paper analyzed and discussed the polymers in the GPB process producing polymer grade 1,3-butadiene,which were easy to make the equipment,pipes and valves plug blocked,and introduced the using of inhibitors according to the actual production status of butadiene extraction devices in a certain company.Provided good references for improvement and ensure device safety,stable and efficient operation of butadiene extraction device.
