摘要
目的探讨中西医结合疗法治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者对肾功能、胱抑素-C(Cys-C)、中性粒细胞明胶酶相关载脂蛋白(NGAL).肾损伤分子-1(KIM-1)及疗效的影响。方法随机选择2020年1月-2020年12月于深圳市龙岗区人民医院五联社区健康服务中心就诊的200例早期DN患者进行研究,将全部患者随机分为对照组和联合组各100例;对照组给予常规西医治疗,联.合组在对照组的基础上给予中医辨证治疗,两组患者均连续给药治疗1个月;比较两组患者治疗前后血肌酐(SCr).尿素氮(BUN)、β2-微球蛋白(MG)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、Cys-C.NGAL和KIM-1浓度水平。结果两组患者治疗后SCr.BUN、β2-MG.UAER、Cys-C.NGAL和KIM-1水平均显著下降,两组比较,有统计学意义(均P<0.05),联合组患者的SCr.BUN、β2-MG.UAER.Cys-C.NGAL和KIM-1水平均显著低于对照组:联合组临床疗效的总有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组的65.0%,两组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法治疗早期DN疗效显著,可有效降低患者的Cys-C.NGAL和KIM-1表达,改善肾小球滤过功能,保护早期DN患者的肾功能,有效延缓DN进展.
