摘要
中医理论的层次观是中医思维的重要组成部分,不仅有人与自然的层次观,人生理的层次观,病因病机的层次观,辨证论治的层次观,药性组方也应有其层次概念,因此有必要重新认识中医的层次性的问题来提高临床和传承的效率。糖尿病肾病早期的病机主要是气血津液功能异常,以调理全身气血、通畅三焦、通调水道为主;代偿期则有脏腑功能的损坏,应重点协调肾脏及相关脏腑的关系、防病防传变;肾脏病终末期则出现亡阳、亡阴的症状,已经伤及到先天之精和后天之精,是最深层次的病理损害,应以回阳救逆、大补元阴、元阳为主。其基本病理过程及治疗原则,充分体现了中医理论的层次观。
View of the level of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine is an important part of traditional Chinese thinking,not only the concept of man and nature of the level,physiological level view,etiology and pathogenesis of hierarchy,multi level view of syndrome dif-ferentiation and treatment,prescription drug should have its concept hierarchy.Therefore,it is necessary to recognize the level of medical to improve the efficiency of clinical and inheritance.Diabetic nephropathy pathogenesis mainly is the dysfunction of Qi,blood and body fluid,mainly to regulate systemic blood,patency of triple energizer,through regulation of the waterways;compensatory stage functions of the Zang Fu organs damage should be focuses on the coordination of the kidney and the related Zang Fu organs,to prevent and prevent transmission;end-stage renal disease is a symptom of this depletion of Yang and Yin depletion that has hurt to the congenital and ac-quired essence,is the deepest pathological damage,should give priority to restoring Yang for resuscitation,nourishing Yin yuan,Yuan-yang.Its basic pathological process and treatment principle fully embodies the concept of TCMtheory.
