摘要
统一且有效的环境关心量表对于促进环境关心研究领域的对比研究、知识积累以及环境政策的制定均具有重要意义。基于四个独立样本,通过验证性因子分析检验了CNEP量表的维度及其测量的有效性。结果表明:CNEP量表针对文中的四类特定人群均不适用,因而不具有普适性。研究为检验适用于中国的统一且有效的环境关心量表提供了实证依据。未来需加强对CNEP量表的进一步检验,同时深入探究其不适用于特定人群的原因。此外,需要提高检验样本在地理区域和社会文化方面的多样性、代表性,以继续考察CNEP和NEP量表在中国推广应用的普适性。
A uniform and valid scale measuring environmental concern is of great importance to promote the comparative studies, accumulation of related knowledge, and environmental policy-making. Based on four independent samples that are scarce in the literature, the present study tested the dimensionality of the Chinese new ecological paradigm(CNEP) scale through confirmatory factor analysis. The results show that the CNEP scale is not applicable to all the four specific population groups in this study, and cannot thus be generalized in China. The findings provide empirical evidence for a uniform and valid scale of environmental concern in China. Future studies should promote further tests of the CNEP scale and investigate the reasons for its failure when the scale was used in the specific population groups. Furthermore, samples with more geographical and socio-cultural diversities and thus better representativeness are needed to further examine the applicability and generalizability of the CNEP and NEP scales, to obtain ultimately a uniform and valid scale of environmental concern in China.
