摘要
腈纶纤维吸湿性差、易起静电,限制了其在服用领域的应用。达芙丝纤维是一种新型改性腈纶纤维,具有芯部疏水、外部高吸放湿的皮芯结构,通过亲水改性,使纤维中具有大量亲水基团,提高了纤维的回潮率。文中对比达芙丝纤维和腈纶纤维的表面形态,测试与分析两种纤维的力学性能、摩擦性能以及吸放湿性能。结果表明,达芙丝纤维横截面为圆形,纵向表面有细小裂纹、孔洞,具有断裂强度和摩擦系数小、线密度和断裂伸长率较大、吸湿性优良、放湿速度较快等特点。
Acrylic fiber’s moisture absorption is poor and easy to static electricity, which limits its application in the field of clothing. Defrostex;fiber is a new type of modified acrylic fiber developed by Toyobo, Japan,whicht has a hydrophobic core and a skin-core structure with high moisture absorption and moisture release performance on the outside. Through hydrophilic modification, defrostex;fiber has a large number of hydrophilic groups,which improves the moisture regain of the fiber. In this paper, the surface properties, mechanical properties, friction properties, moisture absorption and desorption properties of defrostex;fiber and acrylic fiber are tested and analyzed. The results show that the cross section of defrostex;fiber is round, and there are fine cracks and holes on the longitudinal surface. Defrostex;fiber has the characteristics of low fracture strength and friction coefficient,large fineness and elongation at break, excellent hygroscopicity, and fast dehumidification speed.
