摘要
采用腈纶、再生纤维素纤维混纺纱作为表纱,锦纶、氨纶包覆纱作为里纱,通过合理设计袜口、袜筒、袜跟、袜脚、袜尖等部位的组织结构和尺寸,设计开发具有吸湿发热功能的保暖袜,并对保暖袜产品的吸湿发热性能和保暖性能进行测试与分析。结果表明,开发的保暖袜产品的吸水率、吸湿发热升温值、透湿率等指标均超过保暖袜吸湿发热与保暖标准的技术指标要求,具有良好的吸湿发热和保暖性。
The acrylic/regenerated cellulose fiber blended yarn was used as surface yarn, and the nylon/spandex covered yarn was used as inner yarn. Through the rational design of patterns and size of welt, stocking leg, heel, socking foot, socking toe of the socks, thermal socks with moisture absorbing and heating-generating were designed and developed. The moisture absorbing, heat generating and warmth retention properties of thermal socks were tested and analyzed. It shows that the water absorption, heating up range after moisture absorption and moisture permeability of the thermal socks meet the relevant requirements of the technical indicators of moisture absorbing and heat generating, and the socks have good moisture absorbing, heating and warmth retention.
