摘要
采用14.5 tex的Porel~、黏胶混纺纱(40∶60)与氨纶交织,在18针/25.4 mm佰龙PLFRA罗纹机上,开发了一款吸湿发热针织面料。详细介绍原料选择、组织结构、设备参数、编织参数等编织工艺,并采用两浴法进行染色,详细阐述前处理、染色、后处理等染整工艺,以及在纺纱、编织和染整中的注意事项,对面料的基本性能和吸湿发热性能进行测试。结果表明,开发的面料各项性能符合标准要求,并具有吸湿发热功能,为秋冬季保暖类产品的开发提供参考。
The paper develops a new kind of moisture-absorbing and heat-generating knitted fabric on 18 gauge Bailong PLFRA rib knitting machine by using 14.5 tex Porel and viscose blended yarn (40:60) interknitted with spandex. It introduces in detail the knitting technology including raw materials preparation, pattern design, equipment parameters setting, knitting parameters, and two bath deying process. In addition, it introduces the dyeing and finishing technology in terms of pretreatment, dyeing, post-finishing, and the precautions of spinning, knitting and dyeing and finishing. Then it tests the basic properties and moisture-absorbing and heat-generating property. The results show that the various performance of new knitted fabric can meet the national standards, and the fabric presents excellent moisture-absorbing and heat-generating properties, which can provide references for the develop- ment of thermal fabrics for autumn and winter warm use.
