Porel纤维是一种超细中空低强力涤纶纤维,具有吸湿、排湿及柔软功能,可与棉混纺后开发Porel纤维毛巾梭织物。Porel纤维毛巾织物的织造工艺与纯棉毛巾的基本相似,染整生产工艺则采用较温和的退、煮、漂一浴法及活性染色工艺,无需采用拉幅、定形工艺,无需添加柔软剂,可获得比纯棉纤维毛巾更好的柔软性和吸湿速干性,且能长久保持。
Porel fiber is a kind of superfine hollow polyester fiber,features low strength,moisture absorption,moisture transmission and softness,and can blend with cotton fiber to produce Porel towels.The wet processing of Porel towels is introduced.The weaving process is the same as that of pure cotton towel,and mild pretreatment process with desizing,scouring and bleaching in one bath and reactive dyeing are carried out.The Porel towel products without stentering,setting and softening can be obtain better softness and durable moisture management compared with pure cotton towels.
