磁场对电化学光整加工效率及微观形貌的影响

摘要 为探讨磁场对电化学光整加工效率和微观形貌的影响,对比了在磁场不同的摆放位置、不同磁场大小、不同流速的状态下工件表面的材料去除量和微观平整度的变化。通过COMSOL Multiphysics仿真软件分析了磁场对尖峰形变量的影响,并通过实验得以验证。结果表明,磁场对光整加工效率有明显提高,但当小磁场低流速状态下反而会抑制加工的进行。当工艺参数相同时,磁场与电场和流场分别垂直时加工效率最高,磁场与电场垂直、与流场平行时加工效率次之,磁场与电场平行、与流场垂直时加工效率最弱。磁场影响加工效率的本质是提高了电解液的电导率和对流场的促进作用。对比微观形貌得出,磁场对工件表面整平效果有促进作用。 In order to investigate the effect of magnetic field on the electrochemical finishing efficiency and micro morphology,the material removal and micro flatness of workpiece surface were compared under different magnetic field position,magnetic field size and flow velocity.By COMSOL Multiphysics simulation software,the influence of magnetic field on the peak shape variable was analyzed and verified by experiments.The results show that the magnetic field can significantly improve the finishing efficiency,but when the magnetic field is small and the flow rate is low,the finishing will be inhibited.When the process parameters are the same,the processing efficiency is highest when the magnetic field is perpendicular to the electric field and the flow field,the second is that when the magnetic field is perpendicular to the electric field and parallel to the flow field,and the lowest is that when the magnetic field is parallel to the electric field and perpendicular to the flow field.The essence of magnetic field affecting machining efficiency is to improve the conductivity of electrolyte and promote the flow field.Compared with the micro morphology,the magnetic field can promote the surface leveling effect of the workpiece.
