热激蛋白与皮肤恶性黑色素瘤的研究进展

摘要 热激蛋白(HSPs)作为一种高度保守的伴侣蛋白,在调控细胞增殖和迁移、血管形成、信号转导、适应环境压力等过程中发挥重要作用。其可能与肿瘤的发生与发展、生存及预后有密切关系,也可成为抗癌药物作用的新靶点。皮肤恶性黑色素瘤(CMM)是最具侵袭性和致命性的皮肤肿瘤,一旦发生转移,病死率较高。目前,虽然手术切除、干扰素注射、靶向治疗、免疫治疗等方法已应用于临床,但对晚期CMM效果欠佳。而HSPs参与CMM的恶性增殖,两者关系密切,未来进一步探索两者之间的作用机制将为CMM的治疗提供新策略。 As a highly conserved chaperone protein,heat shock proteins(HSPs)play an important role in regulating cell proliferation,migration,angiogenesis,signal transduction,adaptation to environmental stress and so on.HSPs may also be closely related to tumorigenesis and development,survival and prognosis,and can also be a target of anticancer drugs.Cutaneous malignant melanoma(CMM)is the most invasive and fatal skin cancer.Once metastasis,the fatality rate is very high.At present,many methods such as surgical resection,interferon injection,targeted therapy and immunotherapy are being applied in clinical,but the therapeutic effect is poor for advanced CMM.HSPs are involved in the malignant proliferation of CMM,and they are closely related.Further exploration of the mechanism between them in the future will provide a new strategy for the treatment of CMM.
