摘要
控制环是机组控制导叶的重要部件,控制环的安装、运行质量直接影响机组运行状态。紫兰坝电站控制环因受力不均,易造成控制环抗磨板磨损、机组蠕动等故障现象,紫兰坝电站3F机组控制环处理有效解决了机组蠕动、抗磨板磨损等问题,达到预期效果,可为其他机组蠕动、控制环抗磨板磨损处理提供借鉴。
The control ring is an important part of the unit to control guide vanes, and the installation and operation quality of the control ring directly affect the unit’s operation state. Due to uneven stress on the control ring of Zilanba Hydropower Station, it is easy to cause faults such as wear of anti-wear plate of the control ring and creep of the unit. The treatment of the control ring of 3 F unit of Zilanba Hydropower Station effectively solves the problems of creep of the unit and wear of the antiwear plate, and achieves the expected effect, which has a certain reference significance for the treatment of creep of other units and wear of the anti-wear plate of the control ring.
