摘要
目的探究PICC护理团队对乳腺癌PICC化疗患者自护能力及治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月本院收治的60例乳腺癌PICC化疗患者为研究对象,遵循数字随机法将其分为对照组(30例,常规护理)和观察组(30例,成立PICC护理团队展开护理干预)。比较两组的自我护理能力、治疗依从性、PICC置管知识知晓程度、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组的自护能力(自护技能、自我概念、健康知识、自护责任感)评分、治疗依从性评分、PICC置管知识知晓程度评分、护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌PICC化疗患者展开PICC护理团队干预,可有效提升其自护能力、治疗依从性、PICC置管知识知晓程度及护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effects of PICC nursing team on self-care ability and treatment compliance of breast cancer patients undergoing PICC chemotherapy.Methods A total of 60 patients with breast cancer undergoing PICC chemotherapy admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were divided into control group(30 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(30 cases,PICC nursing team was established to carry out nursing intervention)according to the digital random method.The self-care ability,treatment compliance,PICC catheterization knowledge awareness and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of self-care ability(self-care skills,self-concept,health knowledge,self-care responsibility),treatment compliance,PICC catheterization knowledge awareness and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PICC nursing team intervention for breast cancer patients undergoing PICC chemotherapy can effectively improve their self-care ability,treatment compliance,PICC catheterization knowledge awareness and nursing satisfaction.
