摘要
目的分析乳腺癌PICC置管期间患者自我护理能力与疾病知识水平及社会支持的关系。方法 2015年2月至2017年6月应用自我护理能力量表、PICC知识水平调查问卷及Herth希望量表对100例乳腺癌PICC患者进行调查,应用Pearson单因素分析乳腺癌PICC置管期间患者自我护理能力与疾病知识水平及社会支持的关系。结果 PICC置管患者自护能力总评分为(108.25±5.78)分、疾病知识水平总评分(45.85±4.78)分、社会支持总评分为(65.17±3.80)分,其中主观支持(24.22±3.74)分,客观支持(14.15±3.40)分,支持利用度(10.20±3.41)分。经Pearson单因素分析显示,PICC置管患者自护能力总评分、自我护理技能、健康知识评分与疾病知识总评分及社会支持总评分及支持利用度评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌PICC置管期间自我护理能力与疾病知识水平与社会支持有密切的关系。通过给予乳腺癌PICC患者充足的社会支持,提升其疾病知识水准,对其提升自我护理能力有一定的作用。
Objective To analyze the relationship between self-care ability and disease knowledge level and social support in patients with breast cancer during PICC treatment.Methods To analyzed the relationship between self-care ability and disease knowledge level and social support of of breast cancer patients during the PICC catheterization with Pearson single factor analysis method,100 cases of breast cancer patients were observed from February 2015 to June 2017 using self-care ability scale,PICC knowledge questionnaire and Herth hope scale.Results The total score of self-care ability of PICC was(108.25±5.78)point,the total score of disease knowledge level(45.85±4.78)points,and the total score of social support was(65.17±3.80)points,of which subjective support(24.22±3.74)points,objective support(14.15±3.40)points,support utilization(10.20±3.41)points.According to Pearson single factor analysis,the PICC catheterized patients'total scores of self-care ability,self-care skills,health knowledge and disease knowledge,social support,and support utilization were positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients'self-care ability during PICC catheterization were closely related to the level of disease knowledge and social support,therefore,by giving PICC patients with breast cancer adequate social support and helping them to improve their knowledge about diseases could be very helpful to the improvement of their self-care ability.
