摘要
目的:探讨以家庭为中心的优质护理在抑郁症患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2019年9月—2020年8月河南省洛阳荣康医院收治的94例抑郁症患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各47例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施以家庭为中心的优质护理,对比两组患者心理状态、社会支持及生活质量。结果:观察组护理后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分为(14.77±1.76)分,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=16.996,P<0.05)。观察组护理后社会支持水平、生活质量评分为(38.38±6.25)分、(84.33±7.09)分,均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=5.812、8.091,P<0.05)。结论:针对抑郁症患者实施以家庭为中心的优质护理能够改善其心理状态,提高社会支持水平与生活质量。
Objective:To explore the application effect of family-centered high-quality nursing in patients with depressive disorder.Methods:A total of 94 depression patients admitted to the hospital from September 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given family-centered high-quality nursing care.The psychological status,social support and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)score of the observation group after nursing was(14.77±1.76)points,which was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=16.996,P<0.05).The social support level and quality of life scores of the observation group after nursing were(38.38±6.25)points and(84.33±7.09)points,which were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.812,8.091,P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of family-centered high-quality nursing for patients with depressive disorder can improve their mental state,improve the level of social support and the quality of life.
