摘要
在化工企业中,工艺安全是工业活动中最重要的问题之一,尽管使用输送管线作为物料的输送系统在成本、时间和输送方便性方面优于其他输送方式,但由于存在爆炸、可燃性和泄漏等危害,会对人类和环境产生影响。主要对压力管道设计中的安全问题进行详细的分析,并且结合实际情况对提高压力管道安全性能的措施进行探讨。
Process safety in chemical industry is one of the most important problems in industrial activity,although use pipeline as the material conveying system in terms of cost,time and transportation convenience is better than the other transportation mode,but due to explode,flammability and leak harm,will produce harmful effects on humans and the environment,This paper analyzes the safety problems in the design of the pressure pipeline in detail,and discusses the measures to improve the safety performance of the pressure pipeline combined with the actual situation.
