摘要
近些年,随着工业产业的大力发展,管道的运输工作发展迅速,但是在实际的发展中压力管道的防腐检验工作存在许多漏洞,因此,对压力管道检验工作进行深度分析,对其原理和检测方法进行讨论,对当前社会的发展具有重要意义。企业应增加对特种设备安全的关注度、提高整体安全意识、落实安全规范措施、加强特种设备的安全监管,以避免安全事故的发生。我国应用的防腐措施种类较多,主要有阴极保护、防涂层等,只有合理地运用这些防腐措施,才可以保证管道的运行安全。主要探讨了压力管道的防腐安全检测。。
In recent years,with the vigorous development of the industrial industry,the pipeline transportation work has developed rapidly,but there are many loopholes in the actual development of the pressure pipeline anti-corrosion inspection work.Therefore,the in-depth analysis of the comprehensive pressure pipeline inspection work and the discussion of its principle and inspection method are of great significance to the development of the current society.It is expected that the current enterprise should increase Only by paying more attention to the safety of special equipment,improving the overall safety awareness,implementing safety standard measures and strengthening the safety supervision of special equipment,can safety accidents be avoided.There are many kinds of anti-corrosion measures applied in China,mainly including cathodic protection,anti coating and so on.Only reasonable use of these anti-corrosion measures can ensure the safety of pipeline operation.This paper mainly discusses the pressure pipeline anti-corrosion and detection.
