海上固定平台注入水系统处理流程及处理设备研究

摘要 油田开采后期,采用注入高压水提压开采,水中含有的固体颗粒,油和细菌,会对地层和油层有影响。固体颗粒粒径较大,含量较多,会堵塞地层;含油量过高,损坏地层渗透率;细菌含量过高会对储层造成严重伤害。海上平台注入水源为海水、原油脱出的含油污水(即油田含油污水)和地层水源(油田水源井水),均需将注入水处理为适合地层的水,减少对地层及储层的影响。 In the later stage of oilfield production,high pressure injection water is used to life pressure,the solid particles,oil and bacteria in the water can affect the formation and reservoir.If the injected water contains a large number of solid particles with large particle size,it will block the formation seriously;if the oil content is too high,the formation permeability will be seriously damaged;High bacterial content will cause serious damage to the reservoir.The injection water of offshore platform mainly comes from sea water,oily waste water escaping from crude oil (oil sewage) and formation water (water source well water),which should be treated into water suitable for formation to reduce the impact on formation and reservoir.
