摘要
目前烧结磁瓦采用人工上窑操作,劳动量大,易导致产品缺损。为了节省人力,提高磁瓦的烧结合格率,提出了一种PLC控制的自动抬瓦上窑装置。从实际使用结果看,此装置可以大幅节省人力,提高磁瓦的烧结合格率,装置稳定性好。设备实现了永磁铁氧体磁瓦的烧结工序自动化高效生产,在磁性材料行业中具有较好的应用前景。
At present,the sintered magnet tile is operated manually in the kiln,which requires a lot of labor and is easy to cause product defects.In order to save manpower and improve the sintering qualifica⁃tion rate of the magnetic tile,a PLC-controlled automatic tile lifting device is proposed.Judging from the actual use results,this device can greatly save manpower,improve the sintering qualification rate of the magnetic tile,and the device has good stability.The equipment realizes the automatic and efficient produc⁃tion of the sintering process of permanent magnet ferrite tiles,and has a good application prospect in the magnetic material industry.
