摘要
通过具体案例,详细介绍了某重大工程"菱形管控"团队对"菱形管控"模式的进一步探索,创新地提出了PDCA协同工作机制,论述了"菱形管控"团队、多"点"联动、以"点"带面、整体提升等的工作特点。通过"菱形管控"管理模式的应用,该工程在技术创新、安全管控、进度控制以及生产效益等方面都取得了较好的效果。
Through a specific case,this paper introduces in detail the further exploration of the"Diamond control"mode by the"Diamond control"team of a large project,innovatively puts forward the PDCA collaborative work mechanism,and discusses the working characteristics of the"Diamond control"team,multi-point linkage,taking the area with"points"and overall improvement.Through the application of"Diamond control"management mode,the project has achieved good results in technical innovation,safety control,progress control and production efficiency.
