摘要
主要介绍了中航锂电厦门二期项目施工总承包一标段(施工)项目施工中采用空心预制板代替传统砖胎模施工技术,相比较传统砖砌体砖胎模施工技术,空心预制板砖胎模可明显缩短施工工期,节约用砖量,省去砌筑、抹灰环节,更环保,对环境污染小,且节约大量劳动力,加快施工进度,具有较高的强度、刚度、不透水性及抗冻性,方便快捷。空心预制板可随意切割,任意拼接,尤其适合工期短、要求高的工业厂房项目。
The article mainly introduces the use of hollow prefabricated slabs instead of traditional brick tire mold construction technology in the construction of the first stage of the general contracting of the second phase of the Xiamen AVIC Lithium Power Xiamen project(construction).Compared with the traditional brick masonry brick tire mold construction technology,hollow prefabricated slab brick tire mold can significantly shorten the construction period,save a large amount of bricks,and save the masonry and plastering links.It is more environmentally friendly than the traditional brick tire mold,has less environmental pollution,saves a lot of labor,speed up the production schedule,has high strength,rigidity,impermeability and frost resistance,and is convenient and fast.The hollow prefabricated slab can be cut and spliced randomly,especially suitable for industrial plant projects with short construction period and high requirements.
