摘要 塔吊垂直度是评估其稳定与否的重要指标之一。然而,目前针对塔吊垂直度问题大多采用人工测量的方式,且很少有人对塔身进行分段监控。为了实时研究上回转式塔吊在工作过程中倾斜量及倾斜角度的变化,通过安装气象站、倾角及加速度传感器,建立了基于物联网的塔吊分段监控系统。通过对系统实时获取的各段塔身倾斜角、加速度等信息加以分析,结果表明:随着塔身的高度增加,其偏移量也随之增大,且在工作过程中风速、塔吊加速度会成为影响塔吊偏移量的因素。另外,针对偏移角度的分析可为塔吊安全管理提供一定的参考。 The verticality of tower crane is one of the important indexes to evaluate its stability.However,at present,the verticality of tower crane is mostly measured manually,and few people monitor the tower in sections.In order to study the change of inclination and inclination angle of the upper rotary tower crane in real time,a tower crane subsection monitoring system based on Internet of things is established by installing weather stations,inclination and acceleration sensors.By analyzing the tilt angle,acceleration and other information of each section of the tower body obtained by the system in real time,the results show that with the increase of the height of the tower body,the offset also increases,and the wind speed and tower crane acceleration will become the factors affecting the offset of the tower crane in the working process.In addition,the analysis of the offset angle can provide a certain reference for the safety management of tower crane.
