楼板隔声减振技术在珠海长隆宿舍工程中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 珠海长隆宿舍一期工程在宿舍楼屋顶设备下做浮筑地台加泡沫混凝土找坡层作为设备基础,同时在居住层的卧室地坪添加隔声垫,形成浮筑楼板。以此为例,介绍了员工宿舍楼隔声减振设计方案及施工方法。实践证明,这两种措施均产生良好的隔声减振效果,且成本低廉、施工速度快,可为同类工程提供借鉴。 In the first phase of Zhuhai Changlong dormitory project,the floating floor and foam concrete slope are used as the equipment foundation under the roof equipment of the dormitory building.At the same time,the sound insulation mat is added to the floor of the bedroom floor to form the floating floor slab.Taking this as an example,the sound insulation and vibration reduction design scheme and construction method of staff dormitory building are introduced.Practice shows that these two measures have good sound insulation and vibration reduction effect,low cost and fast construction speed,which can provide reference for similar projects.
