高要求住宅墙体隔声设计与施工技术 被引量:5

摘要 某住宅楼对隔声要求高,设计中相邻两户间的分隔墙体采用面密度大、隔声效果好的重质墙,优先选用中空夹层玻璃窗,电梯井尽量远离卧室等需要安静的空间并使用双重墙进行隔声。施工中对墙体上开关盒、分户墙上施工洞口及管道穿墙等进行控制,给高要求住宅墙体的隔声施工提供了技术参考和实践依据。 A residential building has high sound insulation requirements, so high-quality heavy walls withhigh surface density and Hollow sandwich windows effective sound insulation are preferred and elevator other tranquil spaces. Meanwhile, double wall is used controls are effectively realized in switch boxes on through are designed as separation walls between adjacent units. shafts are arranged as far as possible from bedrooms and to achieve favorable sound insulation. During construction, walls, construction opening on party wall and pipeline wall, providing technical references and practical basis for construction of sound insulation wall of high-quality residential building.
