摘要
以虹桥机场周边某既有住宅小区噪声治理改造项目改造为具体案例,在项目改造推进过程中,作为项目业主利益相关方,如何全程参与项目全过程,发挥小区功能改造更加合理化、人性化。既有住宅小区综合改造项目中的每户居民都是项目的业主,理应参与到项目的全过程管理过程中来,项目管理单位应当将小区居民按照业主的利益纳入项目的利益相关方予以充分关注。如何最大限度的发挥小区居民的能动参与作用,更合理的将既有住宅小区功能化改造更加趋于合理、有效、接受度高,则是新型项目管理模式在新时期、后城市化进程中的探讨。
This paper takes the noise control transformation project of an existing residential area around Hongqiao Airport as the case.In the process of project transformation,the stakeholders of the project should participate in the whole process of the project,to make thetransformation more reasonable and humanized.Every resident in the transformation project area is the owner of the project,and shouldparticipate in the whole process management.The project management unit should pay full attention to the interests of the residents in theproject according to the interests of the owners.How to maximize the active participation of residents,and make the functionaltransformation of the existing residential area reform more reasonable,effective and acceptable is the focus of the research of the new projectmanagement mode in post-urbanization process.
