摘要
环高校创新圈建设是空间规划应对创新型经济发展的重要举措,也标志着在存量规划时代,依托高校推动城市经济发展理念和方法的重要转型。文章解析了大学城模式存在的问题,梳理了我国从大学城到环高校创新圈建设相关研究的演进历程,归纳总结了环高校创新圈经济形态、空间形态、网络形态3个层面的基本特征,并结合实践,提出环高校创新圈建设面临的现实制约及规划应对措施,以期相关结论能为我国的依托高校促进内涵式增长的发展模式提供决策支持,为其他地区环高校创新圈的建设提供参考借鉴。
The Innovation circle around university is an important approach in spatial planning that responds to creative economy development,and marks the transformation of concepts and methods for university-driven economic development in the era of built up area planning.This paper analyzes the problems of university town model,clarifies the research evolution from university town to innovation circle around university,summarizes the basic characteristics of the innovation circle around university including economic,spatial,and network forms etc.Based on the enlightenment of practice,this paper proposes the practical constraints and planning responses for the development of innovation circle around university.The conclusions are hoped to support decision-making in university-driven urban economies and provide reference for the development of innovation circle around university in other regions.
