摘要
高效蒸发流型全域构建蒸发器(EFGE)是一种新型蒸发器。本文实验研究了新型蒸发器的管内换热系数、总传热系数、压降,并采用最小熵增数(NS)对其进行热力性能评价。结果表明:在截面质量流量250 kgm^(-2)s^(-1)~750 kgm^(-2)s^(-1)范围下,EFGE的管内传热系数较PFE提高18.1%~32.2%,当平均干度为0.25时,EFGE的总传热系数较PFE高5.6%~8.7%;当平均干度为0.75时,EFGE的总传热系数较PFE高4.1%~5.9%。在低截面质量流量下,EFGE的管内总压降较PFE低,随着截面质量流量增大,EFGE的管内总压降逐渐超越PFE,根据最小熵增数,EFGE在较低截面质量流量下较PFE拥有更优热力性能。
Efficient flow pattern global construction evaporator(EFGE)is a new evaporator.In this paper,the in-tube heat transfer coefficient,total heat transfer coefficient,pressure drop are studied experimentally,then,the thermodynamic performance of the new evaporator is evaluated by minimum entropy generation number(NS).Results show that:in mass flux of 250 kgm-2 s-1~750 kgm-2 s-1,the heat transfer coefficient of the EFGE are 18.1%~32.2% higher than those of PFE.When the average quality is 0.25,the total heat transfer coefficient of EFGE is 5.6%-8.7% higher than that of PFE.When the average quality is 0.75,the total heat transfer coefficient of EFGE is 4.1%~5.9% higher than that of PFE.In small-scale mass flow,total in-tube pressure drop of the EFGE are lower than those of the PFE.With the mass flux increasing,the pressure drop of the EFGE beyond those of the PFE gradually.Base on the NS,the EFGE owns better thermal performance than the PFE under the small-scale mass flow.
