改性壳聚糖水凝胶对废水中Cu^(2+)、Cd^(2+)和Pb^(2+)的吸附 被引量:4

Adsorption of Cu^(2+),Cd^(2+)and Pb^(2+)in Wastewater by Modified Chitosan Hydrogel

摘要 将改性壳聚糖与聚丙烯酸结合,制备N-羧甲基壳聚糖水凝胶(NCS-hydrogel)吸附剂,吸附废水中三种重金属元素。通过红外光谱仪、电镜扫描仪以及热重分析仪对NCS-hydrogel的形貌和结构进行了表征和分析。分别考察pH值、NCS-hydrogel使用量以及环境温度对所制备NCS-hydrogel吸附能力的影响。结果表明:在废水pH在1~7时,NCS-hydrogel对Cu^(2+)、Cd^(2+)和Pb^(2+)三种金属离子的吸附能力都随着环境酸性的减弱而逐渐变强;随着NCS-hydrogel用量的增加,NCS-hydrogel对Cu^(2+)、Cd^(2+)和Pb^(2+)三种金属离子的吸附能力都显著减弱;NCS-hydrogel对Cu^(2+)和Cd^(2+)离子的吸附能力都随环境温度升高而增强,而环境温度对NCS-hydrogel吸附Pb^(2+)的能力影响不明显。 N-carboxymethyl chitosan hydrogel(NCS-hydrogel)adsorbent was prepared by binding chitosan with polyacrylic acid to adsorb three heavy metal elements in wastewater.The morphology and structure of NCS-hydrogel were characterized and analyzed by infrared spectrometer,electron microscope scanner and thermogravimetry.The effects of pH value,NCS-hydrogel usage and ambient temperature on the adsorption capacity of NCS-hydrogel were investigated.The results showed that the adsorption capacity of NCS-hydrogel to Cu^(2+),Cd^(2+)and Pb^(2+)metals ions would gradually increase with the decrease of environmental acidity.With the increase of the amount of NCS-hydrogel,the adsorption capacity of NCS-hydrogel on Cu^(2+),Cd^(2+)and Pb^(2+)metal ions was significantly reduced.The adsorption capacity of NCS-hydrogel on Cu^(2+)and Cd^(2+)ions increased with the increase of ambient temperature,but the effect on the adsorption of Pb^(2+)by ncs-hydrogel was not obvious.
