摘要
采用硼酸-低温碳化法对预处理过的玉米芯进行改性,研究改性玉米芯对Cu^2+的吸附行为以及脱附再生能力。通过扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪和傅里叶红外光谱仪检测改性玉米芯的内部结构和成分,并探讨了玉米芯投放量、pH、吸附时间和温度对吸附性能的影响。结果表明,在Cu^2+初始浓度为30mg/L,玉米芯投加量为3g/L,pH为6~7,温度为30℃的优化条件下,改性玉米芯对Cu^2+的吸附在120min时达到吸附平衡,去除率达到93.8%。吸附饱和后的改性玉米芯在超声波辅助下,用0.1mol/L的HCl溶液解析再生,可循环利用4次以上。
The pretreated corncob was modified by H3BO3-low temperature carbonization.The adsorption behavior of modified corncob for Cu^2+and its desorption and regeneration ability were studied.The internal structure and composition of modified corncob were detected by SEM,EDS and FT-IR.The effects of dosage,PH,adsorption time,experimental temperature on adsorption performance were discussed.The results showed that when the initial concentration of Cu^2+was 30 mg/L,the dosage of corncob was 3 g/L,the pH was 6~7 and the temperature was 30℃,the adsorption equilibrium of modified corncob for Cu^2+reached at 120 min,and the adsorption rate reached 93.8%.Under the assistance of ultrasonic wave,the saturated modified corncob was regenerated with 0.1 mol/L HCl solution,and could be recycled for more than four times.
