摘要
在不添加吸收剂的条件下,使用1910 nm半导体激光器对同种聚碳酸酯(PC)透明塑料板材进行了激光透射焊接实验。分析了激光功率、焊接速度及线能量等参数对试件焊接效果的影响规律,确定了焊接效果理想的试件的工艺参数。结果证明,最佳线能量为2.5 J/mm,此线能量下获得的试件形貌规整、拉断力大,焊接效果理想。保持最佳线能量不变,通过改变激光功率和焊接速度得到的多组试件的焊接效果基本一致,在激光功率为30 W,焊接速度可达到12 mm/s且焊接效果较为理想。
The transmission welding test of the same kind of polycarbonate(PC)transparent plastic plate was carried out using a 1910 nm semiconductor laser without the addition of absorbent.The influence of parameters,such as,laser power,welding speed and line energy on the welding effect of the test piece was analyzed,and the process parameters of the test piece with ideal welding effect were determined.The results show that the best line energy is 2.5 J/mm.The specimen obtained under this linear energy has regular morphology,large tensile force and ideal welding effect.Keeping the optimal line energy constant,the welding effect of multiple sets of test pieces obtained by changing the laser power and welding speed is basically the same.When the welding power is 30 W,the welding speed can reach 12 mm/s and the welding effect is ideal.
