摘要
基于电磁超声技术,研制了一款手持式高强度螺栓轴力测量仪,具有非接触、无需打磨、无需耦合剂和实时测量的特点。设计了可同时激发横波和纵波的电磁超声探头,实现了双波法轴力测量,能够解决在役螺栓长度未知的问题;设计了基于FPGA的高频大功率脉冲发射模块和低噪声信号调理模块,实现了电磁超声探头的激励与超声信号的接收;设计了基于Windows操作系统的数据处理软件,实现了数据采集-储存-分析-显示、结果显示、参数设置、工作流程控制等功能。利用该轴力测量仪对M36长600 mm的内六角螺栓进行轴力测量,结果表明,该轴力测量仪的测量相对误差在5%以内,能够满足工程测量需要。
A handheld high-strength bolt axial force gauge based on EMAT was developed,which has the characteristics of non-contact,no grinding,no coupling agent and real-time measurement.An EMAT probe that can simultaneously excite shear and longitudinal waves was designed,and the dual-wave method of axial force measurement was realized,which can solve the problem of the unknown length of the bolts in service.The high frequency and high power pulse transmitting module and low noise signal conditioning module based on FPGA were designed to realize the stimulation of electromagnetic ultrasonic probe and the receiving of ultrasonic signal.A data processing software based on the Windows operating system was designed to realize the functions of data acquisition,storage,analysis,display,result display,parameter setting,workflow control and so on.The axial force measurement instrument was used to measure the axial force of the M36600mm inner hexagon bolt.Experimental results showed that the relative error of the axial force gauge was within 5%,which can meet the requirement of engineering measurement.
