摘要
为了保障车用电梯安全运行,利用弹簧隔振器、缓冲垫、液压缓冲器、光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)及钢板构建了一种新型的重量实时监测装置。车重信息采用FBG进行感知。隔振器对称的安装在高强度高韧性钢板表面,FBG固定在缓冲垫上。实验研究了传感装置对不同重量车辆的响应特性,传感器受车辆碾压后Bragg谐振中心波长漂移量随时间的变化关系,以及温度和车速对传感装置测量结果产生的影响。实验研究发现:在25~60 ℃温度范围内,传感装置测量结果不受温度影响;当车辆重量为1143~3279 kg,传感装置的Bragg中心波长漂移量与重量之间具有线性关系;车速为5~30 km/h时,最大测量相对误差为3.64%。
In order to ensure the safe operation of car elevators,a new type of real-time weight monitoring device was constructed using spring isolators,cushion,hydraulic buffer,fiber Bragg gratings(FBG)and steel plates.The vehicle weight information was sensed by optical FBG.The vibration isolator was installed symmetrically on the surface of the high-strength and high-toughness steel plate,and the FBG was fixed on the cushion.Experiments studied the response characteristics of the monitoring device to vehicles of different weights,the relationship between the wavelength drift of the Bragg resonance center of the device after being crushed by the vehicle,and the influence of temperature and vehicle speed on the measurement results of the device.Experimental research found that the measurement results of the device were not affected by temperature in the range of-10~70℃.When the vehicle weight was 1143~3279 kg,a linear relationship between the Bragg center wavelength drift of the device and the weight was obtained.When the vehicle speed was 5~30 km/h,the maximum measurement relative error was 3.64%.
