摘要
探究黄芪种植适度规模经营面积大小,为农户土地适度规模经营和黄芪产业的可持续发展提供理论依据。用甘肃省陇西县187家黄芪种植户的实地调研数据,利用数据包络分析(Data Envelopment Analysis,DEA)模型和多元回归模型,对样本农户土地生产效率进行测算,并分析规模经营的影响因素。结果显示,黄芪适度规模经营面积为1.133~2.0hm^(2),82.89%的农户没有达到适度规模经营的水平;黄芪种植规模与规模效率呈现倒U形的变化趋势;农业劳动力、土地流转和市场状况对黄芪规模经营产生显著正向影响,而农户年龄与土地细碎化程度制约着农地规模扩大,建议完善土地流转机制、合理规划黄芪种植面积、加强专业技术和综合素质的培训及健全农业社会化服务体系。
Exploring the size of the Astragalus planting moderately scaled operation area will provide a theoretical basis for the moderately scaled operation of the farmer’s land and the sustainable development of the Astragalus industry.This manuscript uses field survey data from 187 Astragalus growers in Longxi County,Gansu Province,using the Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) model and multiple regression model to measure the land production efficiency of sample farmers,and analyzes the influencing factors of scale operation.The results showed that the moderately scaled operation area of Astragalus was 1.133 to 2 hm^(2),and 82.89% of the farmers did not reach the level of moderately scaled operation;The scale of Astragalus planting and its scale efficiency showed an inverted U-shaped change trend;Agricultural labor force,land circulation and market conditions have a significant positive impact on the scale operation of Astragalus,while the age of farmers and the degree of land fragmentation restrict the expansion of agricultural land scale.Finally,suggestions are made to improve the land circulation mechanism,rationally plan for the Astragalus planting area,strengthening the training of professional skills and comprehensive quality,and improve the agricultural socialized service system.
