摘要
农业供给侧结构性改革要求下,适度规模经营的目标已不仅仅是满足生产效率的提高,更重要的是促进农户增收和保障我国农业可持续发展。在新的历史时期,农业适度规模经营又当如何评价,这是当前迫切需要解决的问题。该研究在借鉴前人研究的基础上,综合考虑各种因素,构建了适度规模经营的评价指标体系,以期为农业适度规模经营的评价提供参考依据。
Under the requirement of agricultural supply-side structural reform, the goal of moderately scale operation is not only just to meet the improvement of production efficiency, but also more important to promote farmers＇ income and guarantee the sustainable development of agriculture in our country. In this new historical period, how to evaluate the moderate scale of agriculture operation is the problem that urging solved. Based on the previous studies, this study comprehensively concerned various factors that related, then constructs the evaluation index system of moderately scale operation, to provide the theoretical basis for the evaluation of moderate scale management of agriculture.
