油茶粕茶皂素超声辅助乙醇提取工艺优化

摘要 以油茶粕为原料,通过超声辅助醇提法提取茶皂素,研究了乙醇体积分数、料液比、浸提温度、浸提时间对茶皂素提取率的影响,通过正交试验优化超声辅助乙醇提取茶皂素的工艺条件。经研究表明,当乙醇体积分数为75%,料液比为1:20(g/mL),温度为60℃,浸提时间为90 min时,茶皂素提取率达到最高值。 The tea saponin was extracted by ultrasonic-assisted alcohol extraction method with Camellia oleifera meal as raw material.The effects of ethanol volume fraction,material-to-liquid ratio,extraction temperature,and extraction time on the extraction rate of tea saponin were studied,and the ultrasonic assistance was optimized through orthogonal experiments.The technological conditions for extracting tea saponin by ethanol.Studies have shown that when the ethanol volume fraction is 75%,the material-liquid ratio is 1:20(g/mL),the temperature is 60°C,and the extraction time is 90 minutes,the extraction rate of tea saponin reaches the best value.
